| Stress is the state of expression of our body and mind to the triggering factor that disturb the regular steadiness in our life. Routine exercise boosts our immune system that generally become worse when challenged by stress. White blood cells increases for the time being in our blood which are helpful against the infections. Researchers at the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine in the United States have found out that low frame exercise like jogging or walking has the ability to lower the anxiety just effectively as running or swimming. Bicycling, Playing golf or tennis has the same effect of relaxing. It is imperative to exercise on a regular basis if you want to get the true advantage out of it. If possible, you must seek advice from your doctor to confirm that you will not face any difficulty to begin a work out program. It is better to incorporate the exercises you not only enjoy, but that fit in your regular lifestyle. Additionally, we must increase the daily physical activities. It won’t take much effort. For example, do not use the lift while going upstairs up to three to four floors. Try to walk. Park the car at a quite distance from the workplace and then cover the distance by brisk walking.
